Description
In the nineteenth century, it denoted the salted waste of the fish, which was an important part of the popular diet. It is a very popular dish in the Netherlands. The LionFish kibbeling will be served with Tartars-, Garlic- or Remoulade sauce. You can order it with a side dish: salad or French fries.
