Catch of the day
When the weather is difficult hunters cannot go to the north side to catch a lot of LionFish.
On the days that LionFish is hard to get we have local fish dish you can buy.
This could be grouper, wahoo, baracuda or other catch of the day.
The local fish dish will be served with pan bati (creole bread) rice, french fries and salad.
